Burnout is not a character flaw. It is what happens when you do output without input for long enough that the system runs dry. Your battery is not weak. It has just been on charge mode "off" for nine months.

You will not solve this with one more hustle reel. You will solve it slowly, by giving your body things it asked for, repeatedly, while you ignored it.

Plain

Eat something. Drink water. Step away from the screen. Take a twenty-minute rest if at all possible. Then call it a day if you can.

If today won't allow that

Pick one: drink water, walk for ten minutes, message a friend, sit in silence. One. Not all.

If this is chronic

Look at your week. Find one recurring thing draining you. Not all of them. One. Reduce it by 10%. That's the move.

Honest note

If you are seriously unwell, exhausted past basic functioning, or having dark thoughts, this is bigger than a single rest. Please contact a doctor or a crisis line in your country. Burnout that's left long enough turns into depression, and depression is treatable. You don't have to push through it.
